All of my gifts are not importing. What should I do?

Your gifts may not be importing because:

  • The gift is an online gift card (we recommend selecting a gift card from our catalog)
  • The item is out-of-stock or on back-order (item will import when it is back in-stock)
  • You have previously deleted the gift
