How do I return a damaged gift?
Physical gifts should be returned directly to the retail store. Most retailers will provide a slip in the gift package with information on how to return items.

Retailer Merchandise
Products purchased from retailers are subject to the return policy of the store from which they were purchased. Please contact the store for details.
Blueprint Exclusive Label Merchandise
All Blueprint Exclusive Label merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; all returns must be sent back by mail. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Contact support@blueprintregistry.com to obtain a pre-paid return label. The item must be shipped for return within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid return label. Once the item is received to the warehouse, exchanges are processed within 5 business days and refunds are issued by check or Paypal within 3 business days.
