What is the return policy? How do I start a return?

Note for Covid-19: Our team is here to assist with refunds for cash gifts outside of the normal 24 hour policy at this time. If the funds have not been redeemed by the registrants, our support team can issue refunds directly to gift-givers.

Physical items should still be returned directly to the retailer. We recommend reaching out to guests to let them know the steps you've taken.


Retailer Merchandise

Physical gifts should be returned directly to the retail store. Most retailers will provide a slip in the gift package with information on how to return items.

If you need an order number, refer to your Gift Tracker for more information.

Products purchased from retailers are subject to the return policy of the store from which they were purchased. Please contact the store for details.

Blueprint Exclusive Label Merchandise
All Blueprint Exclusive Label merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery and all returns must be sent back by mail. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Contact support@blueprintregistry.com to obtain a pre-paid return label. The item must be shipped for return within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid return label. Once the item is received to the warehouse, exchanges are processed within 5 business days and refunds are issued by check or Paypal within 3 business days.

Cash Gifts
Cash gifts may be refunded to the purchaser within 24 hours of the purchase.
