I have not received my cash fund transfer. What should I do?

You should receive a message from Blueprint that your redemption request is approved.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your redemption request to be reviewed and processed.

Once approved, a gift card and PayPal redemption takes 1-3 business days, and a bank transfer takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

If you have received a notification email that your transfer details were incorrect (such as your bank details), please call our Concierge team to confirm your account details. Our number is (855) 754-5620 (Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm PST).
