There are two reasons that the "Incorrect or private registry" error message will appear while attempting to import a registry:
- The retailer registry is set as "private" or,
- The retailer Registry ID or Registry URL is incorrect.
For more instruction on correctly importing a retailer registry, you must first select "Delete Registry" link, and then refer to the "Find ID Instructions" tool found below each retailer's name in the Everyday Import tool. Click HERE to see an example of how to do this.
