I think my imported registry isn't updating. What should I do?
There are a few reasons why some items may not import to a Blueprint Registry:
- The gift is an online gift card (we recommend selecting a gift card from our catalog)
- The item is out-of-stock or on back-order (item will import when it is back in-stock).

I'm receiving an error message while trying to import a registry.
There are two reasons that the "Incorrect or private registry" error message will appear while attempting to import a registry:
- The retailer registry is set as "private" or,
- The retailer Registry ID or Registry URL is incorrect.
For more instruction on correctly importing a retailer registry, you must first select "Delete Registry" link, and then refer to the "Find ID Instructions" tool found below each retailer's name in the Everyday Import tool.
