We currently ask gift-givers to provide the online order number when they update your registry. You can use this order number to process a return directly with the retailer.
All returns are subject to the policies of the retailer that ships the gift.
It is important, when adding a gift using the 'Add to Blueprint' Button, to refer to the retailer's return policy. This can help to safely prepare if a gift needs to be returned/replaced.
It is important to save the gift receipt that comes with the package for returns. If an invoice is not included, we recommend taking the item in-store to receive store credit or to exchange the gift.
